As a film - video artist, responsible for all aspects (writing, producing, directing, cinematography, sound, editing, FX) of the production process. Films and videos have received a number of international awards, including a 1988 Los Angeles Film Critics Award, and the films - videotapes are found in a number of international collections. The media art work has been exhibited internationally, including a 1977 stereoscopic 3D video showing at the Louvre, a 2002 film-video retrospective at the Electronic Media Arts Festival in Osnabruck, Germany, and a 2004 film-video-3D video exhibition at SeNef, Seoul, Korea. Extensive background as a teacher in film production / film studies, and a past publisher of two periodicals on film and holography. Author and inventor / developer of a number of film, holographic and 3D imaging techniques which have been incorporated in the art works. In 2000 the Head of 2D/3D Graphics for the Mission Corporation (Bellevue, WA) in developments of speech-interactive (avatar-based) user interfaces for next-generation 'set-top box' environments. Continues to create independent works in interactive motion-picture, 3D web graphics and environments. Extensive background as film/video and holographic arts project designer and lead artist.
